Email subscriptions and tracking

Terra Gym uses the email address you submit through our footer or signup popup to send product guidance, home-training content and occasional offers.

The popup requires you to actively select a marketing-consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. A valid submission subscribes your email address without a separate confirmation-email step. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us.

The popup uses first-party browser storage to remember that it was shown during a browsing session. After a confirmed subscription, browser storage suppresses the popup for 365 days. These records control popup display and are not designed to store the submitted email address.

Shopify and configured storefront tools, which can include Meta, TikTok and Judge.me, may use cookies or similar technologies for store operation, measurement, reviews or advertising where permitted.
