12-month limited warranty
All four current Terra Gym products include a 12-month limited commercial warranty beginning on the product's actual delivery date. The warranty applies to customers in the contiguous United States, France and Germany.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers product defects and functional failures that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Damage caused by accidental drops or impacts
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by factors unrelated to product quality
Customer-service response
We provide an initial response to customer inquiries and after-sales requests within 24 hours.
If a case requires technical inspection, order verification, logistics investigation, replacement, exchange or refund review, we will process it as soon as reasonably possible after receiving all required information and keep you updated on the progress.

Mandatory consumer rights
This limited commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, reduce or exclude, mandatory consumer rights and remedies that apply in your country or region, including France and Germany.
