Orders are processed promptly after they are placed. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.
If your order appears delayed before dispatch, please contact us. We will check the order status and follow up with fulfilment or the carrier where applicable.
Where we ship
Shipping is available only to the contiguous United States, France and Germany.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or countries other than the United States, France and Germany.
Shipping rates
Orders of USD $129.98 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping in eligible destinations.
For orders below USD $129.98, rates are:
- Contiguous United States — Standard Shipping: USD $12.98; Express Shipping: USD $25.
- France and Germany — Standard Shipping: USD $25; Express Shipping: USD $35.
Express Shipping remains chargeable at the rates above even when an order qualifies for free Standard Shipping.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery within the contiguous United States is 5–8 business days.
Delivery estimates for France and Germany are shown at checkout when available. Estimates may be affected by carrier, destination, customs or other conditions outside our control.
Eligible-destination rules
Our commercial shipping, return and support rules apply consistently across eligible destinations unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Orders are shipped normally to eligible addresses accepted at checkout. If an address issue affects shipment or delivery, we may contact you for clarification.
