01 — Shipping
Where and when we deliver.
Free Standard Shipping
Orders of USD $129.98 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. Express Shipping remains chargeable at checkout.
Eligible destinations
Shipping is available only to the contiguous United States, France and Germany. Commercial shipping, return and support rules apply consistently across eligible destinations unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
United States estimate
Estimated delivery within the contiguous United States is 5–8 business days.
Delayed dispatch
If an order appears delayed before dispatch, contact us and we will check the status and follow up with fulfilment or the carrier where applicable.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or countries other than the United States, France and Germany.
02 — Returns
A straightforward return window.
30 days from actual delivery
The return period begins on the product's actual delivery date, not the order, payment or purchase date. Submit your return request within 30 days; the product does not need to reach us within that period.
Approval before returning
Contact us and receive return or exchange approval before sending an item back. The return address is provided after your request is reviewed and approved.
Original packaging is not required
Package the return securely and include the main product, essential accessories, components and originally included items whenever reasonably possible. If inadequate packaging causes additional transit damage, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the returned product's condition.
Report arrival issues within 7 days
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, missing items or visibly defective, you should contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where applicable, include your order number, photos of the product and outer packaging, clear photos or video of the issue, and other helpful information. This reporting request does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
No restocking fee
Compliant returns have no restocking fee, and we apply no standard fixed-percentage restocking fee. A refund may be reasonably adjusted case by case for significant customer-caused damage, excessive use, missing essential items or another condition that materially reduces value. This does not apply to confirmed shipping damage, incorrect or incomplete fulfilment, product-quality defects or remedies required by law.
Return shipping and approved remedies
For general customer-initiated returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If we confirm a non-customer-caused quality issue, wrong item, incomplete shipment or missing item, Terra Gym covers the approved return, exchange or replacement cost.
Processing after approval
Approved returns, exchanges or remedies are processed within three business days after approval and after any required information or returned item is received.
Once a shipping- or product-quality issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, exchange, refund or another appropriate after-sales solution based on the circumstances.
03 — Warranty & support

12-month limited warranty
All four current products include a 12-month limited commercial warranty from actual delivery to eligible destinations. It covers product defects and functional failures under normal use. It does not cover misuse, improper handling, accidental drops or impacts, unauthorized disassembly or repair, normal wear and tear, or damage unrelated to product quality.
Initial response within 24 hours
We provide an initial response to customer inquiries and after-sales requests within 24 hours. Cases requiring inspection, order verification, logistics investigation, replacement, exchange or refund review are processed as soon as reasonably possible after all required information is received, and we will keep you updated.

Mandatory consumer rights
This limited commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, reduce or exclude, mandatory consumer rights and remedies that apply in your country or region.

Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate the store, process orders, provide customer support and improve the shopping experience. This may include contact details, billing and shipping information, order history, customer-service messages and website usage information.
How we use it
We use personal information to process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, provide order updates, respond to service requests, review returns or replacements, prevent fraud and send product guidance, movement ideas or occasional offers when you request them.
Service providers
Terra Gym uses Shopify and may work with payment, fulfilment, logistics, analytics, advertising and review-service providers to operate the store. Current marketing and review channels may include TikTok, Google, Facebook and Trustpilot.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. For privacy questions or requests related to your information, use our contact page and we will review the request according to applicable requirements.
Store operator
Terra Gym is operated by FEISIDELIN LLC. Personal information is handled only for store operations, customer support, requested marketing and related business purposes.

Using the store
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to use the store lawfully and to provide accurate information when purchasing, contacting support or subscribing to updates.
Product information
We aim to present product names, images, specifications, pricing and availability clearly. Minor differences may occur due to display settings, measurement methods or supplier updates.
Orders and payment
Orders are subject to payment authorization, stock availability, shipping eligibility and fraud-prevention review. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer or provide the appropriate remedy.
Policies apply together
Shipping, returns, warranty, customer service, privacy, email and tracking terms should be read together because they describe different parts of the same Terra Gym shopping experience.

Subscriptions stay optional.
Email subscription
When you submit your email through a Terra Gym signup form, you request product guidance, home workout content and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe option in our emails.
No SMS marketing by default
We do not display SMS marketing signup as the default customer subscription method. Email is the primary channel for Terra Gym product guidance and occasional offers.
Storefront tracking
We may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies through Shopify and connected services to operate the store, understand site performance, improve the shopping experience and measure marketing activity.
Consent and preferences
Where a consent banner, browser control or unsubscribe link is available, you may use it to manage your preferences. Some technologies are necessary for checkout, security and basic store functions.
