Order processing

Orders are processed promptly after they are placed. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.

Where we ship

Shipping is available only to the contiguous United States, France and Germany.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or countries other than the United States, France and Germany.

Shipping rates

Orders of USD $129.98 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping in the contiguous United States, France and Germany.

For orders below USD $129.98, rates are:

• Contiguous United States — Standard Shipping: USD $12.98; Express Shipping: USD $25.
• France and Germany — Standard Shipping: USD $25; Express Shipping: USD $35.

Express Shipping remains chargeable at the rates above even when an order qualifies for free Standard Shipping.

United States delivery estimate

Estimated delivery within the contiguous United States is 5–8 business days.

Delivery updates

After your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier or destination conditions outside our control.
