This website is operated by Terra Gym. These Terms of Service apply when you visit terra-gym.com, use the store or purchase a product. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Online store terms

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not transmit malicious code, interfere with store security, misuse another person's information, or use the store to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Store information

We aim to present accurate product, price, availability and other store information. Images and colours can appear differently depending on a device or display. Supplier measurements may vary slightly, and the delivered product is the final reference. We may correct errors, update information or cancel an affected order when information is materially inaccurate, subject to applicable law.

Products, prices and availability

Products, prices, discounts and availability can change without notice. The price and terms displayed at checkout are authoritative for the order. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product where permitted. Product use must follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the product.

Orders and account information

We may accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, unsupported delivery destination, or breach of these terms. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be returned using the available payment process.

You agree to provide current and accurate order, billing, delivery and contact information so that we can process the order and contact you when necessary.

The store can use or link to services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and other store tools. We are not responsible for an unrelated third-party website's content or practices. Review the applicable third-party terms before using an external service.

Reviews, feedback and submissions

If you submit a review, comment, image, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, malicious or infringing. You allow us to use and display the submission for store and customer-service purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the store to commit fraud, distribute malware, scrape or access the store in an abusive automated manner, bypass security, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, submit false information, harass others, or interfere with another customer's use of the store.

Disclaimers and limitation

Except for express product commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Gym is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the store.

These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when an order is placed continue to apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
